Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Representative to join our team on a 1099 commission-only basis. This role offers you full autonomy over your schedule, with the opportunity to earn a generous 20% commission on the first two years of revenue generated from new clients you bring to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales and revenue for Tucker CM Digital by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with small to medium-sized businesses across Wisconsin.
• Leverage your network and attend local events to connect with potential clients and build relationships.
• Represent Tucker CM Digital at networking events (costs covered upon request) to expand your reach and influence.
• Utilize provided tools such as business cards and a company email address to aid in your sales efforts.

Target Market:
Focus on small to medium-sized businesses across Wisconsin, helping them elevate their online presence through our comprehensive digital marketing services.

Qualifications:

• Sales experience is preferred, but not required—what matters most is your drive, ambition, and ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
