Social media has quickly become the primary way a large portion of the population takes in information.  Because of the sheer amount of traffic these platforms bring in, it’s incredibly important to have a healthy presence on at least one or two social media platforms. It is also important to note people become a whole lot marketable when they’re scrolling social media.  Usually when people are consuming content in this way, they’re a whole lot more relaxed than when they’re consuming traditional marketing.

Social media interaction can be sorted into two primary categories:  paid and organic interactions.

Organic interactions are built through posting consistent and relevant content to convert users into “fans” of your page.  These users are extremely important because they drum up more interaction by interacting with your posts.  These interactions could be as simple as liking or commenting, or more involved like sharing your page or shouting out your page in a post.  The great thing about this kind of interaction is it’s all free.  All you’ve got to do is post content, and engage with your fans.

Paid interaction is a bit more complex, but the payoff can be very worthwhile.  Ads generate more relevant traffic when they’re targeted accurately.  Most any social media platform is collecting data about how users interact with content.  This data is imperative to making sure you’re not wasting your money serving ads to irrelevant users.  We take the guesswork out of the targeting process, and make sure your ads are being served to the right people.

At Tucker CM Digital, we have sound strategies for generating both organic and paid traffic.  Looking to bolster your online presence with a strong social media presence?  Give us a call today to get the ball rolling!
